How is this different from other diets?

First off, this is not a diet. No quick fixes. This is learning sustainability. This is learning how to work with your body and not against it. It is 12 weeks of community and individual support around energizing your day and how to accomplish that.

What's the time commitment?

This is a "your pace" thing. There is PLENTY to be involved in during the 12 weeks in our Slack community from prompts asked to PDF's and workshops given by our professional Dietitians. Each week we also do a 1hr group coaching call that is recorded if you cannot join live that week. Otherwise, you set the pace but we are there to help support you on what that pace can look like with your season of life and current schedule!

Do you offer payment plans?

Absolutely. You can either pay the $997 in full or 3 payments of $335. We are happy to work with you further from the finance end; just let us know ahead of time!

What is a group coaching session like?

Each week we will log in together as a group for an hour and tackle individual questions from each of the group members. Anything goes. From answering questions related to an individual's daily intake or asking a generalized question about product recommendations, everyone benefits! Overall, it's a small group of real people, led by a Registered Dietitian who cares about your success! We may share resources with you but our main focus is attending to your currents needs/obstacles and not moving you along a curriculum.

How big are the groups?

Small and intimate. We cap the groups at 15 people to keep things running smooth and assure you that we have time to cater to each of you specifically as the weeks go on!

What if I can't attend live sessions/groups?

We record each session and send it out to all group members so if you can not make it, you will not miss a thing!

Hey There, I'm Jamison!

A registered dietitian nutritionist with over 10 years of experience working with clients of all types BUT all have the same thing in common: no time. No time for taking care of themselves so wanting and needing quick and easy fuel to energize their day - whether it is on the go with kiddos or out on the field for sport.

Hi. Mom of 3 girls and a very busy chocolate lab. I get it. It feels like there is never time but there doesn't have to be more time in the day to take care of YOU!

This is my expertise and passion. Educating people on the importance of putting themselves first to fuel their body and lifestyle. I have worked in residential treatment facilities for eating disorders and been on the field with Harvard and University of Tennessee (Go Vols!) athletes. From sports nutrition to women's health to working in the field of eating disorders, I have seen it all.

At the end of the day, we are all the same...our body needs fuel. It is learning what that looks like for each of us amisdst the season of life we are currently in!
